The Holy Name Society Blood Bank of Greater Harrisburg, Inc. will provide its members with unlimited replacement of blood and hospital-prepared components for members and their families who are hospitalized in institutions participating in the American Association of Blood Banks' Clearing House Programs. Said responsibility is limited to fifty (50) blood credits per membership year when blood is received at a non-participating hospital.



Coverage includes the member, their spouse, and all dependents listed on the Federal Income Tax Form. Verification of eligibility of blood replacement will be the responsibility of both the parish chairperson and the blood coordinator. Coverage will include whole blood and hospital-prepared blood components. Anyone may join regardless of age or ability to donate blood. The annual fee is $5.00 for age 59 and under and $4.00 for those 60 and older. The membership period is effective from June through May.



The Bloodmobile comes to the Church in February and July for blood donations.
