The Parish Finance Committee is required in each parish by Canon Law to assist and advise the Pastor and Parish Council on fiscal matters. It consists of at least four (4) parishioners appointed by the Pastor. It is required to meet at least four (4) times a year, prepare the budget, review income and expense reports and issue the annual financial report.
At least one member of this Committee sits on the Parish Council. An annual report is given to the Parish from the pulpit. Periodic financial reports and budget information is published in the bulletin.
