We, the members of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in the Diocese of Harrisburg, are dedicated to live the Gospel of Jesus Christ as individuals and as a community in the tradition of the Roman Catholic Church. We draw our strength from the Eucharist, which is the source and summit of our unity, as well as from the other six sacraments. As believers, we participate fully, consciously and actively in the liturgy of the church and seek to spread the good news of Jesus Christ both in word and by the example of our daily lives.

We commit ourselves to worship, education, stewardship and service, as we extend our hands to assist others in need and to those who wish to join the church. In addition, we welcome back, with an open embrace and without judgment, those who are returning to the practice of their faith.

By the grace of God, following the example of Jesus Christ and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we joyfully dedicate ourselves to accomplish this mission within and beyond our parish community.
