The parish rejoices in receiving new members through Baptism. Our babies are Baptized at a common celebration usually held on the first Sunday of each month at 12:00 PM. At least one parent must be a registered member of Seven Sorrows Parish. Our policy is that both parents must attend an instructional class on baptism. This class may be taken before the baby is born and should be completed before the godparents are chosen. The classes are held every other month at 7:00 PM. Call the parish office to register and inquire about the dates and location of class.

The godparents must be practicing Catholics. Godparents not from Seven Sorrows Parish are required to have a certificate or letter from their pastor stating that they are actively practicing their faith in their parish.
